QSR's qualitative data analysis software program, NVivo, can work with data in a range of formats including digital audio and video files and is used in more than 150 countries.

Kihi consultancies' clients include university academics and postgraduate students, government officers and researchers from non-government and private sectors. Kihi Consultancies also undertakes contract qualitative data analysis for clients.

Currently, Kihi Consultancies is the provider of both introductory and advanced courses in the use of NVivo for ACSPRI and NZSSN.
